Behind Second Brain Nutrition
Created by Erika Molnar, a Nutrition & Behaviour professional certified as a Nutritionist Associate by the Association of Nutrition (AFN) in the UK, whose aim is to use her extensive psychology and nutrition knowledge to help others.

- Healthy lifestyle: We focus on habits and food behavioural changes to support you and create a better version of yourself. We believe it is incredibly important to have a heathy relation with your body above anything else.
- Weight loss: We don’t believe in crazy diets. We only believe in science-based evidence techniques that promote sustainable weight loos. We offer this service ONLY to people who are considered overweight.
